Over the last 18 years, The Image Cartel (formerly Magnetic Nail Academy) has successfully trained thousands of Nail Techs all over Southern Africa and in doing so we have earned the reputation for quality and excellence. We are currently expanding operations throughout Southern Africa and we are in the process of recruiting a very select group of dynamic, world class Nail Trainers. We are looking for Professional Nail Technicians who;

Are tired of sitting behind a nail desk.
Want to take the next step in their Nail Career.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY

Possession of a Professional Nail Certificate from a reputable Nail School.
The ability to do outstanding professional Gel and Acrylic Nails.
A minimum of 5 years active nail industry experience.
Professional ethics.
Time management skills.
Hard working and self-motivated.
Communication skills and the ability to teach / coach.
The ability to sell and market yourself, training and products.
Commitment and brand loyalty.

The Image Cartel is expanding operations throughout Southern Africa and we are in the process of recruiting a very select group of dynamic, world class Nail Trainers. We are looking for Professional Nail Technicians who;

Nail Trainer Education from Europe

All Image Cartel Trainers go through our a rigorous Train the Trainer Program designed and perfected by Magnetic Master Trainers from Europe. Training is ongoing and updated on an annually.

Magnetic Nail Design Product Training

All Image Cartel Nail Educators also receive in-depth Magnetic Nail Design product training. Training includes product use, product chemistry and more. Training is ongoing and updated on an annual basis.

Nail Campus Marketing System

We offer all our Trainers a tried and tested Marketing System and tools to make sure your classes are full.

Sales and Marketing Training

All Trainers are also taught The Image Cartel way of selling products, services and courses.

Nail Campus Business in a Box

Start a Nail Campus with a package that includes standardized tools, nail desks, equipment etc.

Large Sustainable Training Areas

This allows you to build a Nail Training Campus that is sustainable highly profitable.
